The CISI Diploma: Financial Derivatives training course consists of ten full training days, split over three sessions, with an optional revision for those taking the CISI Diploma examination.
The sessions are either three or four days in length, and are focussed on a specific attribute of financial derivatives. The courses have been scheduled to allow for sufficient time in between each of the sessions for delegates to consolidate their learnings.

CISI Diploma, Financial Derivatives: Distance Learning Module
Session 1 of the training programme focusses on introducing delegates to the various financial derivative instruments currently used in the markets, their profiles, primary uses and key features. Instruments covered include; FRA's, Futures (STIRs and Bonds), Swaps, Options, Credit Derivatives (3 days).
Session 2 of the programme builds on the topics covered during Session 1, by focussing on how to price and mark-to-market derivative instruments ( 4 days).
Session 3 the final part of the programme brings together the key learning points from Sessions 1 and 2 by looking at the common uses of derivatives and derivative products in today's capital markets (3 days).
